Grievance Officer
Last updated 18 September 2026
Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we name an officer to receive and resolve complaints.
Who to write to
| Name | [Grievance Officer name] To be filled in before launch — the Play Store listing and the IT Rules both require a named individual, not a role. |
|---|---|
| Designation | Grievance Officer, Taraazu |
| grievance@taraazu.in | |
| Address | [Registered address in India] |
| Hours | Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST |
What we do with a complaint
- Acknowledge within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Resolve within 15 days, and sooner where the law sets a shorter period.
- Tell you what we did, in writing, including when we decide not to act and why.
What to include
Your registered mobile number, what happened and when, and — for a complaint about a listing — the dairy’s name and area. That is usually enough for us to find it.
If you are not satisfied
For a data-protection complaint you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. For a complaint about content or a listing, you may approach the grievance appellate committee constituted under the IT Rules.
