  • 01Is my data safe?

    Your customer list is yours. We do not sell it or show it to anyone, and everything is encrypted at rest.

  • 02What if I have no network?

    Daily entry works fully offline and syncs the moment you are back online. Only making bills needs a connection.

  • 03What does it cost?

    Free up to 15 customers, permanently. After that it starts at ₹49 a month.

  • 04My customers do not have smartphones

    That is fine. Customers never need the app — you keep their ledger either way, and hand or WhatsApp them the bill.

  • 05Does my money go through you?

    No. Customers pay your UPI directly. We never touch that money.

  • 06How do I enter old balances?

    Put it in the "opening balance" field when you add the customer. It carries into their first bill.

  • 07If I change a price, does old history change?

    No. A new price applies from today. Past days keep the price they were recorded at.

  • 08Can I delete my account?

    Yes, from inside the app. Your name, number and address are removed. Billing records are kept as the law requires, no longer linked to you.
