Terms of Service
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms cover your use of the Taraazu app and website. Using the app means you accept them.
What Taraazu does
Taraazu records your daily deliveries, computes bills from that record, and lets you share those bills with your customers. It also lists dairies that have provided a location so households nearby can find them.
What Taraazu does not do
- We do not handle payments between you and your customers. Your bill carries your own UPI ID; the money moves directly. We are not a payment intermediary, and we take no responsibility for a payment that does not arrive.
- We do not verify FSSAI registration. If a dairy has entered an FSSAI number we display it as given. We do not check it against any register, and the badge is not a certification by us.
- We do not supply milk or stand behind its quality, quantity or delivery. That is between the dairy and the household.
Your account
You need a working Indian mobile number. Keep access to it — it is how you sign in. You choose whether you are a seller or a buyer when you sign up, and that choice cannot be changed later without contacting support.
Your data and your customers
The customer records you enter are yours. You are responsible for having a reason to hold them and for what you enter. Do not enter anything you would not be comfortable showing the household it describes.
Subscription
Taraazu is free up to 15 active customers. Above that a paid plan is required, and the app blocks adding further customers until you choose one. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay, and you can cancel at any time from inside the app — see the refund policy.
If a renewal fails, your account moves to past due: your ledger stays fully readable, daily entry keeps working, and only adding customers and generating bills is paused. We do not lock you out of your own records over a failed payment.
Listings and takedowns
Dairies list their own shop details and prices. We host that content as an intermediary. If a listing is unlawful, misleading or infringes your rights, write to our Grievance Officer; we acknowledge within 24 hours and act within 15 days, and faster where the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Taraazu to hold data you have no right to, to send unsolicited messages, to misrepresent another business, or to attack the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will say why.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the app correct and available, and the parts that compute money are tested for exactly that. We cannot promise it is never unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your records are yours: export them whenever you like, and keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction.
Changes
We will give notice in the app before a change that materially affects you takes effect.
